Going the extra mile

Last week there were a few lecturers who came to Friendz during that break and they have been here quite a few times as it was the H1N1 closure period they were easy to recognise so we went to talk to them. and after browsing they saw the uggage tag and what a particulare lecturer wants was out of stock, so we offered to order in for her to provide good customer service.
She was anxious to receive her item so after a few days she came back again and with her other friends and they bought many items also boosting the sales.
thus ths shows that by providing good customer service the customer will come back more often and that by words of mouth more people will know about the shop boosting sales
