Customer Service Experience for week4

Our outlet do sell handphone charm whereby there's a rice inside and can customize the rice. However, the customization process have to take one week before it is eady for collection.

On tuesday, one of the customer shows interest on the handphone charm and demand it to collect within this week. However, this is not within our control as the customization was not done by us. In order to provide good customer relatioship, I told the customer in a polite way to leave her contact number with us so that once it is ready for collection, we will contact her as soon as possible. After much consideration, the customer decided to purchase it and we managed to close a sales.

Learning Point
Customer is not always right. When customer is not satisfied with the service they received, we believed that if we explain to them nicely, they will still understand and in this case, they would not leave the shop with bad impression. Lastly, we have to be patient in dealing with customers and every problem could be resolve.
