Below is the customer service experience we have encountered.

On monday which is our first day of work, we had quite a number of customers from Mongolia. Most of them were womens and the items they most sought after was our latest arrival items; our attractive earrings. The difficult part during our sales is the language barrier. We faced difficulties in communicating with them as they have very strong assence when speaking. However, we did not give up because we believed that providing good customer service is one of the key to success. We attended to them and assisted to their enquiries while they were browsing through the earrings. Instead of trying the earrings on their own, they put the earring on us and judge if the earring was nice. Going to extra miles, we provide the service by letting them to put on the earrings on us since there is no much customer at that point of time. In the end, we made quite alot of sales from the Mongolia customers and they even thanked us for our good customer services. With this, we would like to conclude that providing good customer service is a must to achieved in all retail outlets.
